General Terms and Conditions of Sale

As an exception to the general rule, your contract generated by the rental of my lodges Orchids and Poppies is objectively taxed as follows:

- 90% of the rent is collected as income from real estate (i.e. the building and its contents, kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.)

- 10% is income from furniture, sofas, tables, chairs, beds, etc.
